1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Switzerland, countries across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and selected international destinations.
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase has been confirmed.
3. How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are:

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout, depending on your location.
6. Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
7. How do I request a return?
Simply contact our customer support team at claire.dupont0943@gmail.com with your order number. We'll provide instructions for completing your return if it is eligible.
8. When will I receive my refund?
After your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
9. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product once your return has been approved and place a new order for the desired item.
10. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at claire.dupont0943@gmail.com, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
11. How do I choose the right size?
Most of our featured dresses are designed in a One Size fit.
Our general size guide is:

12. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.
13. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
14. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments using industry-standard encryption. Rabcanlus does not store your complete credit or debit card information.
